Technical Support (Maintenance) Template
This is a template document that a school could change and customise for its own situation and send to prospective Technical Support providers, seeking quotes. It attempts to define what is required, the level of ICT infrastructure in the school, and in general find the right balance between what the school can do for itself and what it required outside technical support help with. As all companies are quoting based on the same document it should make it more straightforward for the school to make a judgement on the responses.
