Target Audience | This course is suitable for teachers who
a) would like to design an educational/school website
b) wish to publish material on an existing educational/school website It is also suitable for groups of teachers within the same school who wish to work together on creating & maintaining an educational website for their school |
Pre-requisites | Participants should have completed Introductory Course Phase 1 & Phase 2 or have equivalent experience. No experience in web design is necessary. |
Objectives | To understand rationale behind and develop the skills required to design, construct and develop an educational website accessible to all Web users. Participants will use web authoring, image editing & FTP software programs during this course. |
Resources | Participants will receive a Resource CD for this course containing evaluation copies of web authoring & image editing software, articles on web design and other relevant resources. |
