• Introduce second-level Mathematics teachers to software packages relevant to the teaching of mathematics
• Introduce second-level Mathematics teachers to relevant on-line resources
• Encourage second-level Mathematics teachers to examine how ICT can be used in their teaching
• Briefly introduce the graphics calculator
• Provide resource materials to support ICT in Mathematics
