RUSSIA

PUMPKIN PORRIDGE

Ingredients:

400 g of raw pumpkin
½ glass of milk
2-3 tablespoons of butter
2-3 tablespoons of millet
1 tablespoon of honey
1-2 tablespoons of raisin

Peeled pumpkin gut into small pieces and stew with butter mill to the stage of half ready (about 20 minutes on a not very small fire).

Then add millet, salt, honey, raisin. Mix everything and go on stewing with a lid on to the stage of being.

When it's ready you can eat it whenever you like !!!

SALAD «MIMOSA»

Consists of 7 layers:

1. 2-boiled potatoes of middle size which should be grated (big pieces)
2. 3-whites of boiled eggs, which should be grated
3. 2-onions, roasted and cut into small pieces
4. 1 can of salmon. All fish should be cut in small pieces
5. 3 boiled eggs, which should be grated (middle pieces)
6. 2 boiled potatoes, which should be grated (big pieces)
7. 3 yolks of boiled eggs, which should be also grated (small pieces)

You also put mayonnaise between all the layers and salt every layer.
