CATALAN SALAD
Ingredients
1 lettuce
1 onion
1 tomato
Celery
Asparagus
Oil tuna
Ham
1/2 red pepper
Three or four radishes
Sauce: olive oil, wine vinegar, pepper and salt
Cut the ingredients into small pieces and mix it in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over
You can add anchovies, sardines and eat all with our bread with tomato and oil
Have a nice meal

POTATOES OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs
- 3 big potatoes
- ½ small glass of oil.
1- Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
2- After fry the potatoes in oil.
3- Batter the eggs and mix with potatoes.
4- Put in the frying-pan on slow fire.
HAVE A NICE MEAL !!!!!
