Using Microsoft Front Page Express - Working with Hyperlinks

Select the text or image you want to create the link for. Click the Link button on the Standard Toolbar.

The Edit Hyperlink box opens. Select the World Wide Web tab.

To create a link to a local file, select (other) from the Hyperlink Type: drop-down box and enter the file name.

To create a link to a URL select http: from the Hyperlink Type: drop-down box and enter the URL.

To create a link to an e-mail address (mailto:) select mailto: from the Hyperlink Type: drop-down box and enter the e-mail address.

Click OK to finish.
